We’re excited to launch Impact Report, a powerful new dashboard built exclusively for Admins to access platform metrics effortlessly.
Impact Report is built specifically for Pro Admins who need a clear, high-level view of how their teams are using the Pencil platform. Whether you’re evaluating productivity, tracking platform engagement, or trying to better understand your return on investment, this new feature equips you with the data you need to make confident, informed decisions.
By surfacing key metrics, it transforms raw activity into actionable insight - all in one place.
Getting started with Impact Report is simple. You’ll be able to enter your own cost data directly into the dashboard to personalize the results to your team’s setup.
From there, you’ll see a live overview of core metrics:
The dashboard operates on its own dedicated page. Just log in, and your data is ready to explore!
To set clear expectations, it’s important to know that data within Impact Report will be available starting from April 22, 2025 - any activity before that date won’t be included.
Additionally, the dashboard is designed with privacy in mind: it won’t display data at the individual user level. Instead, it focuses on aggregated trends across the team. This approach helps foster a healthier, insight-driven environment without encouraging micromanagement.
Impact Report is available exclusively to Pro Admins and will be released as a fully live feature - no beta phase. No extra configuration is needed, you’ll find the new Impact Report page automatically added to your Settings when it goes live.
