Third-Party Terms

These Third-Party Terms constitute part of Customer’s Agreement to access and use the Platform where so incorporated.  Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms on this page shall have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.

When accessing a platform or service made available by the following third-party providers, Customer shall comply with the following with respect to Customer’s usage of any applicable platform or service:

1. With respect to Third-Party AI Models:

3. Adobe: Terms of Use (https://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/terms.html) and Generative AI User Guidelines (https://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/licenses-terms/adobe-gen-ai-user-guidelines.html) 
4. ElevenLabs: Terms of Use (https://elevenlabs.io/terms-of-use) and Prohibited Use Policy (https://elevenlabs.io/use-policy) 
5. Kling: Terms of Use (https://kling.ai/docs/user-policy) and Usage Guidelines (https://kling.ai/docs/community-policy).  Further, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Kling is a China-headquartered AI model and its use subjects Customer Content to the laws of mainland China. Customer represents and warrants that (i) Customer and its Authorised Users will not submit any personal data (as defined in applicable data protection laws) as part of any User Content to Kling and (ii) any User Content submitted to Kling shall comply with applicable Chinese laws and regulations.

3. With respect to Third-Party Data Sources:

1. GWI: Terms of Use (https://www.gwi.com/legal/terms-and-conditions). Further, when enabling GWI as a Third-Party Data Source and receiving GWI data in any Third-Party Results, Customer shall not: (i) use GWI data for any purposes other than Customer’s internal business purposes; (ii) provide, disclose, supply, copy or distribute GWI data in whole or in part to any unauthorised third party or to the public; (iii) Repackage, resell, licence or otherwise sell GWI data; or (iv) export, transfer or input any GWI data into any AI technologies other than the Platform.
